How can we help?

Discovery and city coverage

Do I need to sign in? No. Public Discovery, events, saved posts and RestaRecs are available without a customer account.

How do I change cities? Choose a city from the header or the Cities page. Category filters narrow the feed within the selected city; choosing All clears the category without changing the city.

Saved favorites

Where are my saved posts? Open Saved in the same browser where you tapped the heart. Favorites stay on that browser only and are not synchronized across devices.

Why did they disappear? Private browsing, another browser profile or clearing site data can remove or hide local favorites. There is no account backup to restore them from.

RestaRecs

What can I ask? Food-and-drink questions: a dinner idea, a coffee spot, a type of cuisine or options for your next outing. Follow-up questions keep the conversation going.

How do I clear my conversation? Use the clear-conversation control in RestaRecs. Clearing site data in your browser also removes locally saved history, along with saved favorites. Provider-side records are separate; see Privacy.

Is an answer guaranteed to be correct? No. AI can make mistakes. Confirm hours, addresses, allergens and availability directly. If RestaRecs is unavailable, you can still browse Discover.

Shopping and kitchen creators

Where do I buy a featured product? Shop local links open EatHere Marketplace. Discovery does not collect payment or manage a cart. Check the current price, stock and fulfillment details there.

Who can help with an order? Use the seller or support options provided at the purchase destination. Include the order reference and issue; never send your full payment-card number. Marketplace and seller terms determine cancellation, refund and pickup arrangements.

I make or grow food. How do I get involved? Visit For kitchen creators or email our team about a partnership. Selling on Marketplace does not guarantee editorial coverage.
