    The name “Rosa” holds deep personal significance, paying tribute to two women—Rosa, the mother of Jesus Garcia, and Rosetta, the grandmother of Erick Williams—who profoundly shaped their lives.

    With its cozy atmosphere, creative drinks, and small plates like empanadas and prawns, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after work or enjoy a weekend outing with friends, family, or colleagues.

    $38 Unlimited Dim Sum at Chang Chang

    “This Sichuan restaurant in Washington DC is serving an unlimited dim sum menu and at $38, this is an awesome way to try a ton of different dishes at a great price. The restaurant was recently featured in the Michelin Guide and is also run by chef Peter Chang, so you know the food is incredible too!

    Our favorite dishes were the Cantonese beef with rice noodles and the scallion bubble pancake! We also loved the charcoal custard buns.

    the grand opening of @prufrockcoffeecompany new coffee shop in carmel is HERE! always love to see the local coffee scene grow, and this one has some delicious coffee, pastries, and cozy vibes for you to enjoy ☺️

    from the sleek and clean coffee bar, to the wall covered with books, this coffee shop makes for a great place to grab coffee with a friend or stop in for a coffee to-go. speaking of that, how cool are these coffee cans?! i was definitely intrigued by it, but it’s a cool way to enjoy your coffee on the go.

    they have a few spring seasonal options, like the velvet lavender latte and the iced mango nojito, but it was the purple haze frost that caught my eye. i absolutely love ube lattes, and this was definitely a yummy one! definitely give this one a try!

    next time i come back, i definitely need to try one of their pastries. thinking that i need to try their ice cream croissant, which looks stunning and delish. you can’t go wrong with a croissant filled with soft ice cream!

    “New (ish) restaurant alert‼️ @magdalena.indy is new to Fountain Square in the old Thunderbird location. Magdalena is a cocktail bar and restaurant with a little New Orleans flair! Their menu changes daily but you can expect to be blown away any day you stop in!

    We stopped in on NYE for some small bites and cocktails to ring in 2025 and absolutely loved it! We crave those fried saltines and remoulade!
