He started the bbq biz in Indy to help pay for college at Butler where heโs majoring in engineering.
He runs the truck with his two younger brothers and is putting out some mean plates!
He got lamb chops, oxtail, brisket, the works!
But heโs only open on fridays/saturdays 4pm to sold out because he got school in the morning. Letโs go support this young brother.”

What makes the pizza different is the three-step dough process: itโs steamed, fried, and then baked, which gives each pie a really unique texture and flavor. This definitely isnโt the place for a basic cheese or pepperoni situation.
My favorites were the Cipolla, Pomodoro, and the affogato to finish ๐คค
The pizza was really good and super unique. Not my personal #1, but still 100% worth trying if youโre into elevated pizza.
