Renowned Chef, Pepe Moncayo, has opened his newest venture inside the brand new @arlohotels where guests can enjoy modernized Spanish dishes.
We were invited to sample the different dishes @arrelsdc, which represents the bounty of Iberian cuisine including various paellas, tapas, and fresh seafood.
As a native of Barcelona, Chef Pepe, wanted to pay homage to his home country of Spain and showcase the cuisine that inspired his passion for entering the culinary scene.
