You’ll recognize a familiar face when The AMP opens at 16 Tech — Cindy Hawkins. Circle City Sweets will be taking its talents to the Westside; leaving the City Market which it’s called home since 2010.
Circle City Sweets is an Indy favorite, specializing in cakes, cookies, scones and more, also supplying many local coffee shops like Calvin Fletcher’s and Nordstrom E-Bar.
The AMP is one of many developments happening at 16 Tech’s Innovation District. It will be located inside the former service bay of the Indianapolis Water Company and will house seven restaurant stalls, a food hall & a full service restaurant — in addition to a culinary incubator, community prep kitchen and private event space.
Currently under construction, The Amp is expected to open in March 2021 and additional restaurant details are expected to release over the next couple months.
