What makes the pizza different is the three-step dough process: it’s steamed, fried, and then baked, which gives each pie a really unique texture and flavor. This definitely isn’t the place for a basic cheese or pepperoni situation.
My favorites were the Cipolla, Pomodoro, and the affogato to finish 🤤
The pizza was really good and super unique. Not my personal #1, but still 100% worth trying if you’re into elevated pizza.
