Inspired by the White family’s legacy, Dean’s blends Indiana roots with a modern edge. The space is fully reimagined with rich woods, bold color-blocking, brass accents, and art pulled straight from the family archives—setting the tone for a warm, stylish dining experience.
Replacing OP Italian, the restaurant introduces a completely new vision for the JW Marriott’s food and beverage program. The layout features seating for around 160 in the main dining room, 25 in a private dining space, and 50 more across its energetic cocktail and oyster bars.
