Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) has joined forces with Cunningham Restaurant Group to manage Commission Row, a forthcoming three-level dining and entertainment hub located at Bicentennial Unity Plaza near Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis.
This 30,000 square foot complex will feature a vintage speakeasy in the basement, a high-end chophouse and seafood restaurant at street level, and an upper-level space for special occasions and private events.
Commission Row, inspired by Indianapolis’ historical significance as a national trade center, is a strategic investment in the downtown area. The partnership aims to bring a unique culinary experience to the city, with Cunningham Restaurant Group, known for operating successful brands, overseeing the high-end steakhouse, Mel’s at Commission Row, the basement speakeasy, and the special event space, Above at Commission Row.
The project is set to enhance Bicentennial Unity Plaza and is open to the public before NBA All-Star 2024 in February.
