Lei Zhang, with 20 years of experience in New York, is bringing his knowledge to Daisho Sushi Lounge-Omakase in Las Vegas, along with their executive chef. Daisho has been committed to serving high-quality Japanese cuisine and dining experience since 2013 and is now introducing a traditional omakase experience with Chef Ken Tanaka, who has a passion and love for Japanese cuisine reflected in every dish they serve.
