Slow & Low Roasted Pork Tacos with a Homemade Vinegar Slaw

Provisions
2 lbs of Free range Pork
1/2 of organic vinegar
Sliced red onions
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of kosher salt
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tablespoons of chili seasoning
1/4 cup of lime juice
2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* Rub pork with seasoning, transfer to slow cooker, pour cider and mustard mixture over pork. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Apple cider vinegar slaw
1 medium cabbage thinly sliced
1-2 larger carrot julienne
2 celery stalks finely chopped
Fresh parsley or cilantro chopped
Marinade

1/2 cup of organic apple cider
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of local honey
1 tsp of sea salt
2 tsp of cracked pepper
Top with sesame seeds
Add chopped vegetables
*Chill
Slightly grill tortillas add slow roasted pork, top with homemade slaw. Dress with sliced onion, sweet tomatoes, cilantro
*Add lime juice and Enjoy!
