Below press release from Cunningham Restaurant Group:
Noblesville, Ind., September 21, 2020 – Livery, a Cunningham Restaurant Group
concept, opens today in Simon Property Group’s Hamilton Town Center. Livery
offers Latin-inspired flavors and dishes in a tapas style. Guests will be delighted
as they experience a wide variety of flavors and fresh ingredients reminiscent of
South and Central America.
“Livery has been quite popular in the Indianapolis downtown market, and we see
it as an excellent fit for Noblesville as well. Simon’s Hamilton Town Center
development brings great variety to guests and we hope to expand on that
culinary variety,” said CRG President and CEO, Mike Cunningham.
This bright and open dining space, designed by Phanomen Design, is indicative
of the cuisine guests can expect to see offered: creative, fun, and tasteful.
Guests can also enjoy outdoor patio seating while they dine. Repeating themes
from the original downtown location will be evident throughout both indoor and
outdoor spaces.
Livery sports a fully stocked bar with an expansive tequila and cocktail list,
top-shelf spirits, wine, and beer. Specialty margaritas are served as the signature
cocktail. The menu features empanadas, ensaladas, ceviche, tacos, tortas, and
other flavorful Latin dishes. Every dish is carefully constructed with the freshest
ingredients. Rounding out each meal are Latin-influenced desserts including
house-made churros, flan, and tres leches.
Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is known for developing unique spaces
and menus in its concepts, each with its own distinctive character. Livery at
Hamilton Town Center is the second Livery location in CRG’s repertoire. The
first is located in Indianapolis off trendy Mass Ave in a restored 1890’s building
that once stabled horses as the city’s livery.
Menu and location details can be found at the Livery HTC Website.
