Public Greens Broad Ripple will be hosting an Earth Day Bagel Popup at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 22 in their Farm Shed on the Monon Trail until they sell out.
Customers can choose from an assortment of housemade bagels by Patachou Inc. Pastry Chef Katy Hawkins – plain, cinnamon sugar, everything and jalapeno cheddar will be available with various schmears a la carte, by the 1/2 dozen or dozen.
10% of sales will be donated to the Indiana Recycling Coalition and clean up kits will be available for a donation to the IRC.
