Fountain Square will welcome newcomer Easy Rider Diner, opening Thursday October 13. The new restaurant is taking over the space formerly occupied by Pure Eatery at 1043 Virginia Avenue.
Easy Rider’s menu blends traditional comfort food flavors with a Southwestern Flair, which can be seen with brunch options like shrimp grits, chicken & waffles, chilaquiles and more.
The dinner menu sticks to the script with steak & potatoes, a cubano sandwich and mac & queso.
Easy Rider will also have a late night menu from 10:00 PM to close on Friday and Saturday that includes selections from the dinner menu like the garbage can nachos and a brisket sandwich.
Easy Rider in Fountain Square is brought to you by the team at Hi-Fi, the concert and special events venue located in Murphy Art Center. Ricky Martinez is heading up the kitchen after stints at Bocca, Havana and Delicia.
Easy Rider is open to all ages but HI-FI remains a 21+ venue.
