Chef Carlos Salazar, the mind behind Indianapolis restaurants Rook and The Signature Table, is bringing his culinary skills to Westfield with his new restaurant, West Fork Whiskey. The establishment is set to open later this month and will feature a full-service restaurant and cocktail bar alongside the distillery, which produces West Fork’s own line of spirits. With the new venture, Salazar aims to showcase his passion for exploring flavors and creating unique dining experiences.
